Help me with my journey...

Hello everyone,

My name is Zach Smith, I am 30 years old and hit rock bottom. I was admitted to Mercy hospital in Blaine Minnesota last night (10/16) at 8:30pm, due to attempted suicide, I am scared, I am afraid.

I have sought help in the past and I digress I let my depression and anxiety prevent me from continuing those programs.

Due to my depression and negligence I lost all of my insurance, health, medical, life, car. I wake up everyday fearing that I might just decide to end it.

I am spiraling and have spiraled, my life is out of control, and I am losing everything.

I am seeking to join a two week program within mercy hospital, which would take me out of work for a extended period of time. Leaving my ever loving girlfriend to foot everything.

I cannot take out loans as my credit is shot. I cannot ask others for help from family anymore. I burned those bridges due to addiction.

I am seeking funds to allow me to cover the costs of my absence from work, and to focus on my healing.

Please, I am begging, I can provide proof and I am not trying to scam, I am not a selfish person, I would and have done anything for everyone. I am asking for help, and here I plead.
