Our precious granddaughter “Averi Lynn Grabans “ came into this world July 10, 2020. The violent crime happened Thursday around 2 PM- just six short weeks after she was brought in to this world by her loving mother along with her family beside her. She passed Sunday. The Holy Spirit, along with the angels, brought her to be with the Lord. Averi and her mother are still at Children’s Hospital sitting with Averi- even though she has been pronounce deceased in Dayton ,Ohio in an effort to donate her organs so NO other parent has to go through what she is going through.This Beautiful baby girl was murdered by her boyfriend - he was someone she thought was a trustworthy human. . She was so eager to get back to work and provide for herself, and her newborn baby girl. She trusted the wrong person. The mother is such a hardworking young lady, who purchased almost everything for the baby herself. She graduated a Christian high-school a year early and has been taking college classes at Sinclair Community College. Averi was her whole entire world, please pray she can get through this and lean on the Lord for direction during these painful times. This crime/ murder was a result of shaken baby syndrome, blunt force trauma to the skull, skull was fractured, and bruising on her head and neck. This is factual on the coroners report. This was violent enough to cause severe brain damage and ultimately lead to her death. No young mother should have to go through this! It’s disgusting and we should all pray this man gets everything that is coming to him with the law by the mothers side. We are asking for help with Averi’s funeral services and any help that our family may need to get through this. We need prayers for our family as a whole, as our father passed nearly 25 days ago from cancer. I pray our deceased dad “Jerry Buckley” and our deceased mother “Nadine Baker” are holding our baby as we speak in heaven. This is a tragic mess. It Is only the beginning, of the start of a long legal process. We are a hard working family, and have never asked for help. But NOW WE HAVE TO ASK! This situation isn’t normal and there’s no way we could have been prepared for this. If anyone has any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
