Riverhead Strong-Saving Sports, Music and Clubs

On the heals of a complete school shutdown due to COVID 19, the Riverhead community watched as the Riverhead School Budget FAILED by 59 votes. With this news came a lot of emotions. Parents and community members were heartbroken and angry. But instead of standing by and being consumed by in anger, the community decided to rise in a big way. Overnight a Facebook Group was started and parents and community members began to brainstorm ideas on how we would limit the impact of this budget failure for our children. We are looking to raise as much money as possible to save Sports, Music and Clubs for our children. All funds raised will go directly to our amazing Riverhead students. Thank you!
