Many of you have known Tim Acord for a long time. You may also be aware of his recent struggle with cancer. He
overcame the first bout but it returned. He now needs radiation to treat the condition. Tim has insurance but they are asking for 9000$ out of pocket to meet his deductible before insurance will cover the treatment. As you can imagine, any delay in treatment will make recovery more difficult.
Many of us have faced similar situations and remember how helpless and hopeless it can feel. That is the beauty of our brotherhood. If we are in a position, we can assist the weak and comfort the depressed. At this time Tim needs practical assistance, and I am hoping we can help in this area together.
While we would love to have lots of money to assist our brothers and sisters in similar situations that is not the case. Perhaps we are limited financially individually, but together we can help. If you have the circumstances to
assist even in a small way it would be greatly appreciated.
We all look forward to a wonderful future free of suffering and death, but for now we have to cope with the difficulties this system throws at us. Tim and Twinkle are dear friends who have served Jehovah faithfully for many years, please keep them in your prayers.
