24hr Crate of Loneliness

Donation protected
Hi all… I will be spending 24hrs alone inside a large dog crate, starting on the last day of mental health week (loneliness). This Sunday 15th May, I will experience some of what it is like to be caged up & alone.

The room (that will have the crate inside) is extremely small & has no windows. I’m doing this to raise awareness of animals, particularly beagle puppies, who are bred for cruel testing in puppy farms. They also have no windows, fresh air or stimulation.

I will live stream on social media & share my experience & how it may be for a puppy born for vivisection.

I will only leave the crate to use the toilet, and will be pouring vinegar on the sawdust covered floor. This is to represent the strong smell caused by the puppies urinating within their small cramped cages. The light will be on for the full 24hrs, just as they experience & I will use AirPods to play the noise of dogs barking in my ears. This is to represent the extremely loud noise of the puppies all barking within a puppy farm.

I will have only one meal & one large bottle of water… this is because puppies bred for vivisection, are often left for 20 hrs at weekends. No fresh food or water!

Please donate to help fund XCellR8 to continue their project to replace the widely discredited LD50 toxicity test which currently uses over 80,000 animals per year in the EU alone, despite being widely discredited both ethically and scientifically.

XCellR8 use non animal methods & we must end cruel testing on animals.

Thank you
