Hey Guys obviously due to the situation we are in we have had to close the gym and we have seen the toll it has taken, not just on Dan and I but our members as well.
Obviously losing jobs has affected people and without an outlet such as the gym or training we can see people are really struggling emotionally and manually and this is not just in our gym but the wider community as well.
So we have decided to do a challenge for ourselves but as a way to give back to our community and to raise some money to donate that will benefit everyone.
We are going to run 2kms on the hour for 24 hours to raise money for Males mental health.
We have heard a bit about LIVIN as an organization and we love the fact that they are locally built and started in Aus and the mission they are on is so important “It ain’t weak to Speak” so all money raised will be donated to this organization.
