Lift Chair for Skylar

This is Skylar, my friend's son. Skylar has a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy. He is unable to produce a protein needed to build and maintain muscle. Skylar's disorder is degenerative, and he can no longer go from sitting to standing on his own. His mom, my friend, is a single mom. She works at a domestic violence shelter for women and children.
