Nolan Mickelson

Nolan was up north 4-Wheeling with a friend's family and had an accident.  He was rushed to the Hospital in Staples, MN where they determined he needed to be at a Level 1 Trauma Center.  He was transported by helicopter to Children's Hospital in Minneapolis where the Doctors have evaluated him and he is sedated.  Nolan has multiple skull fractures, multiple fractures in his eye socket and sinuses.  The Doctors have decided to keep him sedated through the night and try to remove the ventilator tomorrow.  More scans will help them know if any surgery is needed.   We do not know the details of how it happened, but are thankful that he was taken to the hospital right away.
