Melissa has seflessly been a surrogate on two separate occasions. After her second delivery (of triplets), she started hemorrhaging and required immediate surgery. As a result of this, Melissa had multiple blood transfusions. She has had 6 additional surgeries as a result of complications and has recently been readmitted to the hospital.
Chuck and Melissa have 2 young children of their own and could use our support to assist in basic, daily expenses (as a result of lost wages and additional unplanned expenses). They are wonderful friends to all who know them and would do anything they could to help someone in need (as evident in her willingness to be a surrogate for two different families).
As friends of Chuck of Melissa, who have been on the receiving end of their generosity, we cannot thank you enough for your support in their time of need.
