The secret is finally out. Imagine being scrutinized and being left feeling like you were the black sheep of your family ever since you were a young child. Imagine being told if you were to tell that you were being sexually abused by your own step father, nobody would believe you.. I’ve carried this pain with me for so long. It’s affected my entire adulthood and caused me to have major depression. On 3/31/24 I decided to come out and talk to my mom about it and instead of being met a compassionate loving stance my mother and her abuser decided to physically attack me. Writing this on here is taking a lot of courage. Not only am I embarrassed, I honestly feel alone. The only hope I have right now is to look towards my future. I recently just got accepted to Nursing School. I need help with rent, getting a stable car and paying for school.. I am taking a leap of faith that it will all work out. Please help me get through this year of school so I can show my abusers that they can’t stop me!! Whatever you can give I’d appreciate it.. thank you so much ❤️
