Emalee Snouffer's funeral fund

My beautiful granddaughter, Emalee, born October 7, 2015 graduated to glory May 14,2016.  Emalee was born with Downs Syndrom and a common complication with Downs is congenital heart defects. On April 14, 2016 Emalee was taken to the hospital with complications. Soon after she had two open heart surgeries within two weeks to repair the defects. The surgeries were successful, however, complications from infection after surgery left her body unable to recover.   As you can immagine the medical costs along with the costs incured because her care was so far from home has left the finances depleated. We are now faced with the funeral costs which many know can add up fast. The costs for burial are due by May 30, 2016.  We cannot begin to express how thankful we are for any assistance anybody can provide.
