Hi everyone, I’m fundraising for Kevin Hassett and his two dog children, Lira and Camp!

Kevin among many others lost everything in the Bear fire that essentially wiped out the small but extremely tight knit community of Berry Creek. Unfortunately, Kevin didn’t have insurance on the 5th wheel that he called home and after spending 5 and a half hours of attempting to fight & help save a friends property, Kevin got out with only the clothes on his back and his two dogs.

HE LOST EVERYTHING. His car, two trucks, his home, literally every single thing he owned aside from his clothes, and his dogs...

The funds raised will go directly into purchasing a new 5th wheel or RV trailer for Kevin, whatever he chooses. Any money left over after the purchase of a new place to call home will go directly to Kevin for purchasing (hopefully a daily driver) new clothes, sanitary items, food, dog food and anything he may need to survive over the next few months. I would be forever grateful to anyone who chooses to donate. I have personally witnessed just how giving and caring Kevin is, honestly this guy would give the clothes off his back to someone even if that’s all he had to give and that’s exactly why he deserves this. While I was on a trip to berry creek last January to attend a dear friends wedding, my friends & I got stuck in the snow. After finally arriving to Tom and Peggy Parker’s, He helped me go somewhat back down the mountain to the car to retrieve my personal items and happily pulled 3 separate cars out of the snow to safety during that one car ride. He is always the first one to jump in to help and does it happily without any questions asked.
