Christian returns to WFC

Christian-"My life should not be judged by my accomplishments but rather  by the lessons I leave behind me"

Hello my name is Chuck, I am a friend of Christian Hendricks. Christian was inducted into The World Figure Hall Of Fame in August, 2015. His journey began last year to the WFC after living in a wheelchair for 6 years due to illness. Christian's doctors stated he may never walk or skate again. Christian proved everyone wrong and 6 weeks before the championship he returned to the ice to train. This past year since August 2015 has been phenomenal, his daily struggles have pursued but Christian has fought through to hope to return to the 2016 World Figure Championship this year in Toronto, Canada in December. Unfortunately such a valiant attempt has become out of reach for Christian. To help Christian return to the WFC I have established this campaign and to ask all his admirers and friends to help Christian complete his journey. Christian has returned to his passion, his life, his destiny. He has but one desire and I will leave it in his words: "I want to go back to the World Figure Championship to show the people I can be the inspiration for all the lives I have changed and I take that responsibility very seriously. It really taught me if you want out of your situation, there are ways out, it is hard work but it is possible. I can accept failure, everybody fails at something but what I cannot accept is not trying . I do this for all the love, support and energy that my friends and fans have shown me and the many people that have changed their lives because of me and if I could do it they could do it. Anyone's life can change if you work hard and believe in what you are doing. I give you strength, fortitude and my love" Christian.
