Continuation to Shawniqua‘s Cancer Journey

Hi my name is Connie Kelley and I starting this fund for my daughter Shawniqua Mitchell and for my granddaughter Miracle Guilford. I love all of my children dearly but this is really hitting home for me because my daughters life is on the line. Shawniqua (Nee Nee) is fighting stage 4 breast cancer and it has been very aggressive since June 2018. After doing numerous treatments she did get better and the cancer was nearly gone however, recently it has spread throughout her body including six different areas in her brain. Shawniqua has to undergo brain radiation and then move on to another critical treatment to treat the rest of her body. On August 25, 2020 Shawniqua passed out at her home and was admitted into the hospital to find out the disheartening news that the cancer had traveled to her brain and is attacking aggressively. Shawniqua has some medical expenses that she will need to cover due constant trips to Dr.’s appointment & radiation treatments.I had to take a leave of absence from work for my own medical issues but I have been faced with the responsibility of caring for my granddaughter Miracle. I recently found out that Miracle was not able to get a scholarship for this school year so that leaves me with having to come up with the tuition of 6,000 for her to be able to go to school and I found out that I have to pay for her to go to school. There is no gift too small if you can help it will be greatly appreciated. Love, Connie
