Beds For Shelter Pets

Three years ago, Mission Driven was able to donate 3000 beds to multiple animal organizations. This donation gave a brand new bed to every homeless dog and cat living in animal shelters across the state of Kansas. Now, we aim higher. Our goal is to provide every homeless pet living in an animal shelter a warm, comfortable bed to sleep on this winter across Kansas and Missouri. We will start with the smallest, most rural organizations and work our way up. The smallest organizations tend to have the least amount of support, which is why they will be at the top of our donation list. ❤️ Why an IKEA bath mat? These ultra soft mats set a Kuranda bed perfectly. They have a sticky material on the bottom that keeps them from getting bunched up. They’re incredibly absorbent, in case an animal goes to bed wet. These beds will allow the animal shelters to cut their laundry loads in half, allowing staff and volunteers to spend more time with the animals. Donating the beds will allow animal shelters to throw away old sheets, blankets and comforters. Every shelter pet deserves a warm, comfortable bed to sleep on, while they wait for their forever home.
