.. yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for. Little time and then vanishes. (James 4:14)
In the evening of May 19, 2016 Tatyana was driving home from work through downtown due to traffic. Tatyana has had diabetes since her twenties. It is believed she fell into diabetic unconsciousness due to high blood sugar. The car accelerated and was run off the road flipping into six trees on Tower Bridge Gateway after the 5th St. intersection.
Tatyana was found with no pulse or breathing and CPR was preformed until she was brought to the hospital. The doctors at UCDavis worked through the night fighting for her life. Unfortunately though she was in better condition then was thought , medically nothing else could be done. The decision was left to her family. Her daughter, Amanda, made the final choice to remove life support and let God claim what is His. She was a single mother and left behind her three children: Amanda, 20; Misha, 18; Christopher, 16.
Tatyana was an extremely selfless person. She would always take care of everyone else before herself. She loved God. She loved pansies and the ocean and taking care of others as well as all sorts of animals. She was very close to her children and her passing has left a huge void that cannot be filled.
Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Give her the fruit of her hands, and let her works praise her in the gates. (Proverbs 31:29-31)
