Ever since I can remember I have been told to do something enjoyable as a living. But all the corporate jobs seem to be out of reach.  

So....after much prayer and discernment and with my family's blessing......I'm opening a food truck business!

This sector continues to grow and the trick is having a food concept no one else has tried. I have been researching and found that the idea I have is unique to food trucks.

I'm going to offer tostones cups, baked bread cups and mini burritos stuffed with cuban favorites. Such as:
vaca frita, picadillo, congris, pork,  pollo asado, etc.

And the name will be.... A Stuffed Cuban!

I have always enjoyed cooking. Those that try my food have always said I should open a restaurant. This is a great way to start!

I have a consultant on board that is a professional chef. He  has owned and run various food service businesses for years.

I'm starting this Go Fund Me Campaign in order to raise the money I need to purchase a pre-owned - fully loaded truck and for start up expenses.  Please help out today.
