Emily's Hope for Help

Hi, my name is Emily Mendoza & I've always been a hard worker. In fact, I've been working 3 jobs & trying hard to save up for a car since the engine in my 97 Suzuki Sidekick blew up on the freeway 2 months ago.  But that's NOT the reason I'm here asking for help. I will explain to you:
I have been suffering with excruciating right jaw, ear & head pain for a month, with 2 growing lumps behind my right ear as well.  I have been to many doctors, specialists & had an MRI & blood work done. Although I do have medical insurance that covered a portion of the bills, I still had to spend a lot of money out-of-pocket since no one knew exactly what was causing the constant, severe pain, swelling, fever & sleepless nights.  After several medical opinions & diagnoses, pain meds & antibiotics, I continued searching for answers & sought out a dentist to evaluate me. He found the problem was an infection & abscess in the right tooth which requires a root canal, crown & other dental work which is needed URGENTLY in order to save the tooth. Unfortunately,  I do not have dental insurance, so I will have to pay cash for the procedure, (estimated to cost $1700) which is why I am here asking for your help.  If you have ever had a tooth abscess you may understand what I've been going through...If you've never experienced a tooth abscess & infection, there are really no words to describe the SEVERE pain, agony, misery, facial swelling, fever & other symptoms that I've lived with daily for the past month.
