Help David-Anthony Burger with ALS

My best friend David Burger has been battling ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrigs Disease) and is now in the advanced stages. He recently had to give up his job as a piano and voice teacher and is beginning to need extensive care. He can no longer walk and it's now affecting his upper body, making it hard to dress and bathe himself. The money raised would be used for his personal care , as he will need 24 hour care as he progresses toward the end of life. The money would also help to pay for his medications and co-pays for doctor visits. Help right now is essential so David can stay at home and have the care he needs. As his best friend since childhood I want to help him any way I can . David is an amazing person who studied classical piano at the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music. He graduated from Indiana University with a degree in film, television, radio and music. He created his own marketing company which he owned and operated until the last few years when he decided to concentrate on his passion and love, teaching . He was very involved in his church , playing the piano until he recently had to give it up due to his declining health. He also recently performed in many plays and directed his own shows for the holiday season. He really needs this help so he can have the end of life experience that he has chosen and deserves.
