Samantha's leg surgery fund

We are raising funds for our german shepherd, Samantha. Both of her back legs are in bad shape due to a torn acl and she is having a very hard time walking.
Her surgery will need to be done as soon as possible (hopefully early June) and she will have six to eight weeks of recovery time. We are looking for $5,000 to help cover the costs of her surgery. The surgeon we consulted with told us that she would have up to six months before things got much worse.
Due to the costs of the surgery for both legs, we are at a loss and need the kindness of donors to get past this. We have absolutely no intention of putting her down! She can get through this.
The surgeon told us that once her surgery is over she may have a small amount of arthiritis, but she will function just like any other dog because of the plates that will be inserted into her legs.
She is a very healthy dog and deserves a second chance to run with her lab sister! We all love her so very much and can't see ourselves without her. Please help us save our girl from the pain she's experiencing.
