Getting my brother Philip home to Rest in Peace
Donation protected
Phil's family relocated to North Kentucky in 2017. Wanting to be closer to family, he moved there in 2019. Life with my brother in Kentucky has been one of the most enjoyable times watching him spending time with our young nieces and nephew's Alaynna, Barry Jr., Ava, and Breauxdy. Even though Phil missed being in the Automotive Industry back home in New Orleans, Phil always talked about how he loved working with all his friends at CVG7. Phil loved spending his time gaming, playing D&D, Magic, and he was a huge fan of DC Comics.
One day while at my job, I got the most devastating news of our lives that my beloved older brother has passed away. As I heard that it felt like the wind being kicked out of me, as I stared with disbelief. With the unexpected and tragic news, we are just now concerned with getting Phil to his final resting place in New Orleans to fulfill his last wish. We will be having services that take place in both Northern Kentucky with his family and New Orleans where his home was and more family and friends. We have a lot of people who want to say goodbye and due to COVID, we need to have two services in New Orleans, LA, for which we do not have the means for in this terrible time. We are asking for help to get my brother's final rest as we do not know what else to do. Whatever money is left when we meet the goal will be donated to Phil's favorite charity. Prayers and support from everybody are highly appreciated by us all. Thank you everyone for all the help, comfort, support, and prayers. God bless.
