Hurricane Dorian Donations Transport Fund
Donation protected
Hurricane Dorian has left the residents of Abaco and Grand Bahama Island without power, shelter and food.
With the amount of generous donations that have been coming in from many throughout Miami Dade and Broward. There is an ever great need to ship and get these items in the hands of the residents that are needing these items. Each day the items stay in the US stored, is a day they live without.
AquaLucaya Waterpark Ltd., a company that was developing on the island of Grand Bahama prior to Dorian, has decided to put all efforts into getting donated items to the islands, and in the hands of the residents (not to be stored further). The CEO and President of AquaLucaya, Demarco Mott, an AOK scholar with Educate Tomorrow, a former resident of Grand Bahama, has established this campaign to do just that.
He have been on the ground in Freeport, Grand Bahama on 09/06/2019 to ensure the transport of over 25 pallets of relief items. Setting for a second trip in the upcoming week 09/16/2019-09/21/2019.
The funds are needed to get aid into the hands of persons in need.
AquaLucaya has put all prior company development funds into the transportation effort, we kindly ask that you assist us in getting the aid in hand and out of the warehouses. Any amount given is appreciated, our islands will rebuild; thank you for being apart of that goal.
This fund will support private chartered flights, and ferries to The Bahamas and deliver relief items directly to the affected islands (Not Nassau, and Not in a warehouse).
If there are any questions or concerns please free to contact Mr. Mott at:
