Help Restore Lily Dale Landmark

Hi my name is Gregory "Gregarious" Ford.  I'm a musician; photographer and I love History and Life.  I have a story like everyone else, yet I'm not sure if my story has much to do with this..lol.. I'll stick to the part that is important.. :) ha .. I'm at a cross road..  "The House".. "This House"..  Built in around 1880 in a quaint little town in Western, New York called Lily Dale.. 136 years of History..  Rumor has it, Susan B. Anthony slept here.. At the very least she visited.. Her Suffrage Camp was just a few lots away.  It has been mentioned by Smithsonian Magazine, backdrop for a Poster in a movie on HBO, one of the most photographed house in this little town and.... Sat empty for 40 plus years until.. Woo Hoo.. Lucky Me! :) I bought it in early 2012..  The house was used mainly for storage over the years. Little work was ever done.  It just sat year after year..  A home to the elements and critters..  I've done what I could over the past 4 years on a shoe string budget and with pieces from other homes.  I've done all the work myself,,  I did pay to have a 200 amp service put in yet I ran all the wires..  The house is very original except for the plumbing and electrical.  Like I said at the beginning of this.. "I'm at a Cross Road."  It needs a roof, eves, fascia and some major work that not only can I not afford, I can't do that work.  Any money donated will strictly be used for restoring and maintaining this wonderful piece of history.  The house needs help. I need help.  The roof is of major concern and it's over 40 plus years old..  This house and its history need to be preserved. I’m doing what I can yet I ask you for help.  So many homes have succumbed to Vinyl Windows and doors, granite counter tops, drywall and tile floors.  I don't want this house to be another victim.  This really means the world to me and I know there are people everywhere cheering me on and enjoying this house.  Thank you so much for you kindness and generosity.. with a loving and humble heart Greg
