25-year-old nurse with Stage 4 colon cancer. Second time!

Hi, my name is Michael, I'm a surgeon. I just found out this afternoon that Bailey an RN, registered nurse, whom I had worked with at a surgery center in Sarasota has a recurring colon carcinoma. She's 25 years of age! She is so young! You can search her name on the Internet as Bailey Hutchins now McBreen as she was just married in November. I did not know she was a colon cancer survivor. I have since researched her on the internet. You can also. She is thin, athletic, healthy and vegan. The healthiest person in lifestyle, eating and behavior that I've ever met. During breaks, we would compare notes on recipes and she would try my date, oat and almond protein snacks. She was always so gracious even if they weren't the best tasting. I am healthy, but far from her healthy lifestyle. Bailey is the healthiest individual I've ever known. I did not know she had cancer in the past two years. She is always energetic, positive, wonderful with patients,a hard-working nurse who has great compassion and skills and knowledge, whom if I had the opportunity I would have hired her for my office. I called her this afternoon and we shared some emotional words. She is currently not working and visiting the local cancer center, oncologists and exploring alternative treatments. The 5-year survival with STAGE 4 COLON CANCER is less than 1%. Bailey will beat this. I checked the internet and I found that in 2023 there was a GoFundMe page for her. I would like those who are so inclined to donate so that she and her husband can have the assurance that she can pursue the best opportunity to beat this. She's got the spirit and positive attitude and if we can combine that with the best treatment options she will overcome this. She's a beautiful spirit. I asked her if I can pray for her and she said absolutely. So for those out there who believe in prayer, please include her in your prayers. Thank you for getting involved. Send this to your friends and colleagues. Most importantly have yourself checked as the incidence of colon cancer is on the rise in both young women and men. Give what you can, everything will help.
