Help Hiccup!
Tax deductible
Hey friends!! We are trying to raise money to help little Hiccup. Hiccup is a 3 month old Shih Tzu who was brought into an emergency hospital with an injured leg due to her being tossed down the stairs. The family was refusing treatment as it was going to require amputation of the leg as it got extremely infected since the injury was a week prior. Fortunately, they decided to surrender this little girl over to us so we could help treat her and get the surgery she needs to survive. As we were on the phone with doctors throughout the night, we awaited results of x-rays and bloodwork to see what was needed to be done. The leg was broken and infection was running rampid so they did have to amputate. We approved it as time was of the essence. The wonderful staff and doctors were so great to her and provided her everything she needed to get through. She will be coming into one of our foster homes to recover by tomorrow. Once she is fully recovered she will be up for adoption! Now we need help from our amazing supporters so we can pay the bill! We rarely ask for help in this capacity but when we need the help we feel comfortable enough to reach out to our friends and supporters because you all know exactly where your donations go. The amount we are asking for is just below the exact amount that we need to pay. We cannot thank you enough for considering to donate or to share this Go Fund Me. We will provide updates on "Hiccup" as we watch her recover and become the happy and healthy little dog she was meant to be!
