Champ Search

Donation protected

Our group Champ Search has recorded vocalizations In Lake Champlain on July 31, 2014 and also the summer of 2015 . We have also captured many videos of a population of these elusive creatures in Lake Champlain.

We are the only full time Lake Monster Research team in the U.S and With the new age, we are fortunate enough to have new technology available to solve this mystery. It has been a long, dedicated quest and with your help with purchasing additional equipment, this can move us closer to an answer. Once these animals are proven to the scientific community, they become an animal of science. Champ is protected in both New York & Vermont, We want national protection for these unique animals. That is our main goal!

We will be on numerous expeditions aboard our Research Vessel "Champtany". We are planning to purchase additional equipment to help in solving this long time mystery. There are other Lakes where we have done research and plan on doing research ( Lake Memphremagog, Lake Willoughby, Seneca Lake, Cayuga Lake ) that are also rumored to also inhabit a population of unknown creatures. We also have an expedition planned to investigate world famous Loch Ness in the summer of 2017.

What We Need

We will be on numerous expeditions and We are planning to have Live video of our investigations. Purchasing additional equipment to supplement our array of existing equipment.

After each expedition we have posted videos on youtube & on our website so the public can learn about the ecology of Lake Champlain & results of our ongoing research . With your help, we can continue to share these experiences :).

Any contribution helps! $5, $10, $20 etc.

With your contributions, we will be able to purchase additional modern technology in hopes of proving the existence of these elusive creatures that continue to thrive in Lake Champlain as well as Loch Ness and other Lakes we have on our list. We spend countless hours monitoring the Lake and we believe it is only a matter of time the existence of these animals will be proven to the scientific community.

Our number 1 priority is the protection and conservation of these animals and the conservation of the diverse ecology of Lake Champlain.
