Help falsely targeted gunshot Victim

Unfortunately, my family has been facing very hard times. My brother, Louis got shot on October 4th. Early morning around 5am. He was falsely targeted unfortunately. He was never in anything gang related and has never been in trouble with the police. Why this would type of tragedy would happen to him is beyond my family and I. The bullet hit his lower back forcing him to have two surgeries back to back. He also has holes in his stomach as well. They weren’t able to remove the bullet which God forbid may lead to further damage. While we all know that medical bills can be very costly. Especially during times like these amongst a pandemic and many other things have made things very difficult. On top of these medical bills my brother also has been out of work. He will need help with expenses to pay for his physical therapy while learning how to regain his strength as he learns to walk again. Thankfully he is still alive but with little strength.
