19 year old Marcellis Stinnette killed by police❗️

Nineteen year old Marcellis Stinnette was gunned down in cold blood by an officer of the Waukegan Police Department in Waukegan, IL, during a traffic stop October 20th, 2020. The victim was in the passenger side of the vehicle and was unarmed. Stinnette didn’t pose as a threat in anyway, shape, or form. Marcellis’ horrendous death has left his family back in Jacksonville, Florida in utter shambles. Marcellis was the heart of the family, as he was the only boy. He’s left behind numerous siblings and his parents, Zharvellis and Selvin Holmes. Marcellis’ family are trying to raise money. The expenses will go towards traveling costs from Illinois to Florida. Marcellis’ family wishes to have memorials held in both of the cities that he was so loved in, Jacksonville and Waukegan. The family of Stinnette has to speak with several different officials and have his body prepared. Any donations shared would be greatly appreciated during this unfortunate, brutal time.
