Clean Community Water Well Philippines

Hi everyone, I am starting this fundraiser to help a community in the Philippines to build a community well that can be used by all who dont have water at their home. I am going to be working with my girlfriend in the Philippines to give access to this well water to all who need it. I found out recently that even my girlfriend and her three daughters have to walk about 3 miles to fetch water every other day for cooking, cleaning, and bathing. I hope $1000 will be enough money to dig the well, the piping, and also the filtration system that will be needed to clear out any particles. Clean fresh water in some areas of the world is hard to come by and the W.H.O. and other international organizations dealing with health reports 1200+ kids die each day due to lack of clean water and water born sicknesses.
