Mama’s Chemotherapy
Donation protected
We recently found out our loving and amazing dog, Mama’s, has Lymphoma. We’ve taken her to see an Oncologist and they suggested we start Chemotherapy, but we sadly can not afford it all on our own.
Chemotherapy does not have to same affect on dogs as it does people and the Lymphoma she has does not hurt her. We only want what’s best for our girl and we think she deserves a second chance.
We rescued Mama’s three years ago on August 18th 2017 from Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) and she is now about four to five years old. She is the friendliest, loving, and funniest dog we have ever had. I know many people say their dog is the best, but she really is. She loves greeting people more than other dogs weirdly enough, but she wants to get all the cuddles and scratches that are possible! We love her so much and expected a much longer time with her.
We are currently waiting to get at least enough funds for the first 3 doses to start chemotherapy because we don’t want to start then not have a enough to finish. She is currently on steroids to help the swelling of her lymphnodes, but it can only do so much. We hope that soon we can start chemotherapy and we will of course keep everyone updated on the process.
I know not everyone can donate due to the craziness in the world right now, but even a simple share could help us. Thank you.
