Brian's Medical Fund
Donation protected
On Thursday May 19, 2016, our brother in law Brian Cross was diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL). Recent changes in health (bruising easily, etc) prompted him to schedule a Dr's appointment at his regular doctor. Within 24 hours of having blood work done, his Dr called and sent him to a Hematologist at Condell Hospital in Libertyville. The doctor there recommended he seek immediate treatment at University of Illinois Chicago Hospital.
He was admitted the same day at U of I Chicago Hospital and met with the Oncologist. Preliminary tests indicated APL and it was confirmed with a bone marrow biopsy. He is currently receiving treatment for APL.
Brian has been married to Missy for 11 years. They have 3 children together; Caden (10), Kenzie (8), and Cameron (5). The kids have been very supportive of their daddy and want him to come home soon.
Raising funds and donations will greatly benefit the family in their time of need with medical bills, gas money back and forth to the hospital, mortgage payments, and missed work.
Helping the family in any way during this difficult time is greatly appreicated. Words will never be able to express the gratitude we have for all of you who have shown support and offered your help. Thank you so much. Blessings.
