Helping Jen Duffy get through this tough time

Hi everyone, I’ve started this fund to help our friend, Jen Duffy. This year has been difficult for us all, but it’s been especially cruel for Jen. If you’re reading this you probably know Jen and how amazing she is! She’s a great friend, a wonderful stylist and a true Westsider! When lockdown restrictions were put in place Jen was left without a job and without a income. She used all her savings to pay bills until it ran out. When restrictions were eased up on Jen got right back out there working her tail off to try to make up for all the lost time. Unfortunately, she didn’t get too far. Jen became very sick. Dangerously high fever that lasted for days, difficulty breathing and body aches. Jen tried to rest and do all the right things but only got worse. She ended up in the hospital and lost her housing. They tested for Covid and her test returned negative results. Jen is still very sick and has lots of doctors appointments and tests scheduled as the doctors are unable to determine what is going on. Her kidneys are failing and she’s showing signs of a possible stroke. She is in bad shape. A friend is letting Jen and her cat stay with her, but it’s only a temporary situation that will come to an end within days. Jen needs funds to find permanent housing and to start paying the mounting medical bills. All money will go directly to the above mentioned causes. Thank you all in advance.
