For my mom and dad(cancer patient)

Hi my name is Katie I'm doing this fundraiser for my dad and mom.  They are struggling financially really bad.  About 4 years ago my father had a heart attack and had gotten a stint put in.  Then about 2 years ago in March 2019 he came down with Lupas and was no longer able to work.  Then in November my mother had to get a TAVR (heart valve replacement) done.  Then in January 2020 my father had gotten really really sick where he almost died.  He was in the hospital for about 1 week or so and was so sick they called in the CDC and Infectious Disease doctor to evaluate him.  Later when talking to a doctor, it was probably Covid but never confrimed since Covid was in it's early stages of spreading.  However, he was diagnosed with double pneumonia and was septic.  Then the next month in February he ended up with a DVT and had to be hospitalized for 3 days.  This was also about the time that he also had lost his job.  The next month in March my dad had now came down with stage 4 cancer in his liver and lung and metastatic to the bone because his hip fractured into three 3 pieces.  Then my mom was in the hospital in December 2020 and January 2021 with gastritis.  She also had to have cataract surgery in both eyes.  Then my dad's other leg started being weak and he fell and broke 4 ribs.  Now my dad has been diagnosed with three spots of cancer on his brain and will need to start radiation on top of chemo which he has received weekly since March 2020.  His Lupus is still ongoing.   He again was just in the hospital with Ecoli (food poisoning).  This fundraiser would be used to help with household, medical and living expenses, etc.  They are struggle so bad it hurts to see that this is happening since their only income is Social Security.
