Help pay for expenses after car crash.

Hello everyone, on Halloween night my girlfriend and I were involved in a car accident in Sherman Oaks, Ca. Aside from the whole driver side of my car being smashed, we both sustained minor injuries and I was not able to keep working because I lost my form of transportation. The person who hit us did not claim responsibility and now my attorney is telling me that the case has turned into a he said, she said situation and will now be harder to prove that I was not at fault. I’m starting this GoFundMe to help cover our bills from the hospital, the chiropractor, and a rental car till everything gets solved with the insurance companies.
