Save the Blue Jay

Well, if you know me at all you know how difficult it is for me to ask for help. Even if it’s something as small as lifting something heavy, I don’t know what was instilled in me that has just made me think that I can do everything myself. So, with that being said, this is a gut punch to ask for help of this magnitude. Blue Jay is alive, but on life support. The music industry as a whole is struggling to breathe and for us, not having money coming in for almost a year now has put us in a place where we need our community to rally around us and help us stay open. So, I’m asking, from the bottom of my heart, from the bottom of all our hearts, for your help. Even if it’s a dollar, 100% of your donations will be going to help Blue Jay Listening Room stay alive and continue to bring live music to Jacksonville, specifically our beaches community. I figured if I was ever to ask for help, during a pandemic would be the time. I know people are more understanding now than ever and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to be a part of a community like we have here in Jacksonville. So thank you, from the deepest depths.
