Help me find who shot my son

My son, Ian Alexander Phillips, was killed on November 23rd, 2020 in Portland Oregon in the early AM. He was 35 years old and my first born. Of course being his mother, I'm absolutely devastated and I could barely look at his Facebook photos for a few moments so that I could post this request and plead to anyone willing to fund what I'd like to offer a private investigator to find out who is responsible for his death and bring justice and closure to our family.  This is the best picture I have found so far, (with his younger sister about 7 years ago). He has many siblings both older and younger and many, many friends and family that all love him and will miss him very much.
He was a genuinely kind and a good hearted, loving man. He was a trustworthy friend and a person that you'd always want on your side because he would be there if you called upon him. This violent crime that took his life and no real answers has shaken up the family to the core.
