New Apartment Fund

My name is Gabriel Wilson, many of you know me as Neme303.
I'm making this gofundme account because at this point I don't know what else to do.
Two years ago I moved into this apartment in hopes that it would be a short 6-month stay. But due to circumstance, I've had to stay much longer. During my stay here I have encountered mishap after mishap ranging from roaches, bed bugs, mice, snakes, opossums, constant flooding, possible mold, and now, fleas. All of these things have wreaked havoc not only on my furniture, supplies, food, and various items, but on my very psyche as well.
During the two years I've lived here, my health has deteriorated. I've become stressed.
To put it blunt, I don't have any peace while I'm here.
One of the Opossums
from the first time closet flooded
the old unit that creates standing water and is responsible for the three floods. I also suspect it may be producing mold.
the remains of the bed bugs
The original plan was to go find two jobs and work as hard as I could in order to get into a new place. However, shortly after I had filled out applications and spoken to managers my closet flooded a third time. Making things worse, I still haven't recieved any callback from places I've applied to. and to top is off, the most recent opossums brought fleas I mentioned earlier. I just want to get out of this place before anything else happens.
Which brings me to the amount.
Here's the break down of how I plan on using the money.
$3600 will go to paying off a 6-month lease in full at the new apartment, during which I will be searching for a job and producing new art.
$220 will go towards utilities and renter's insurance
$200 will go towards getting internet in the new place
$200 will cover the truck rental and general moving costs.
7.8% is GoFundMe's take out.
The remainder is a contingency to cover anything else that might come up during the moving process.
As for how soon I need the funds, I would like to have them as soon as possible. But in all honesty, I appreciate anything you can offer.
This truly means a lot to me. A home is supposed to be a place where you are able to rest and feel at peace. I haven't had that once whilst living here. It's begun to effect me on an emotional level and I've had enough. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.
Thank you for your time.
