Fred Seaman Legal Defense Fund

Dear Friends, As some of you may already know, I’m being sued by Yoko Ono Lennon (Yoko Ono Lennon v. Frederic Seaman, 20-CV-8176) for allegedly violating a Final Judgement from a prior 1999 lawsuit (Yoko Ono Lennon vs. Frederic Seaman, 99-CV-2664). I'm now being sued by Yoko Ono Lennon's attorneys, Shukat Arrow Hafer Weber & Herbsman over a recent Skype talk with an Australian podcaster. Yoko Ono Lennon alleges that she has been damaged by me and is entitled to compensatory damages not less than $150,000.  I don’t have $150,000. My only source of income is a modest salary from the City of New York where I’m employed as a civil servant by the Department of Social Services.  Even though I’m at a financial disadvantage, I am determined to defend myself, which is why I'm starting a Legal Defense Fund via GoFundMe. Please help me have my day in court. Any contributions are deeply appreciated and every dollar raised will be used to pay for legal representation and additional legal expenses related to Yoko Ono Lennon's lawsuit.
