Support Alicia’s Breast Cancer Fight

Today is day 1... September 13th Alicia was diagnosed with breast cancer. Please help raise funds to support Alicia’s Fight with Cancer. My life was blessed with meeting this sweet girl 14 years ago & we quickly became the best of friends. She is an amazing Woman, Mom, Friend, Sister & so much more. Even if you've only met Alicia one time you’ll remember her by her big beautiful smile that’s always spread across her pretty face. She has an infectious laugh that just draws you in & a heart of gold. Her upbeat positive personality & unwavering faith in God have always been an inspiration to me. Nine months ago she had a mammogram after a few months of noticing some concerning symptoms. Her results were negative, but her symptoms only worsened. She finally sought more answers. This week she had an ultrasound, another mammogram, and a breast biopsy. This morning she received the results ... Triple negative, IDC, grade 2 breast cancer. It has spread to her lymph nodes. Next week she will have a PET scan & learn more about the cancer she is fighting and her treatment options. Along with financial support, we are asking for a ton of prayers!! God is good & he will heal her. She just switched jobs this months & after learning her diagnosis this morning they decided to let her go. She will need to dedicate a lot of time for treatment & will be unable to commit to a typical 9-5 work schedule for now. The invoice from just her biopsy is $5700. Isaiah 41:10 – So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
