Help desperate mom find her babies

My name is Tiffany Sharp. I am raising funds to pay for a retainer to hire a lawyer to get my babies back. Emily and Bradley, ages 4 and 3, who have never spent time away from me until now, are being hidden from me by their father. I dropped them off with him Sunday morning and have not been allowed to even speak with them to tell them I love them since. My car has been taken by him and hidden as well. I have no clue if they are even in the same city as me or even the same state. I have spent hours at the police station and talking to multiple lawyers. No one can do anything to help until I file for temporary orders or emergency custody. My 3 year old son needs speech therapy twice a week and their father has not been taking them. Emily has asthma and already had an attack while with her grandmother last week because her father forgot to send her with her inhaler or nebulizer. She was hospitalized this summer for severe asthma and I am concerned for her health right now.  Emily was supposed to start herfirst day of prek on Monday. She was so excited when I took her to get her school supplies. They are missing their structured schooling, teachers and friends they have spent the last year getting close with. Their teachers and friends are missing them very much as well.
Their sister misses them very much. They snuggled together every night before haylee left for summer vacation in june. The babies went to stay with theiron grandma for the week the day haylee was coming home. We went to get the babies from their grandma in Garland on Saturday and haylee and I got to spend the day with them that day and got to see some family while there. I dropped them off for church Sunday morning with their dad and that's the last we have seen of them. I have no way of even knowing they are even alive at this point. I can't even get a photo of them. Thesee babies do not know of life without me by their side or without their sister there to help them grow.
This is torture on a mother and her children.
The laws and Lawyers are at a standstill right now and cannot do anything to intervene at this point until I file this order for emergency custody. I have spoken to several lawyers this week and found my best chances with my last lawyer. But
The lawyer needs a $5000.00 retainer to get the temporary orders hearing filed. I have sold all my jewelry and have student loans coming in soon to cover part of this cost but am still short $3500.00 when that loan comes in. Their father has cut off all our joint assets and I have no access to anything we have anymore and left me and my oldest daughter penniless. We have had so much support just to be able to live right now and get my daughter to and from school.
My heart is breaking. My daughter's heart is breaking. And I know my babies' hearts are breaking without us. I cant imagine what they are going through everyday not knowing where their mother is and not being in their own home for so long.
