Surgery for Kiya

Kiya, Sheena’s 4-year old Aruban rescue dog, recently escaped from the backyard and was missing for roughly 24 hours. She was found close to home but badly injured. The vet believes Kiya was likely hit by a car as she is suffering from a fractured ilium and a dislocated SI joint. She will need two surgeries and likely physical therapy as she heals. I am setting up this page to help Sheena cover the costs of Kiya’s surgery and to help fix the damaged fence which Kiya was able to escape through. While Sheena does have pet insurance, the deductible is still considerably high as these surgeries will be tens of thousands of dollars. Sheena has touched the lives of so many and has always been the most supportive friend. Please help me give back to a person who gives so much in her life, every single day.
