Cheryl & Wade's Fundraising

As you may or may not have heard, a few weeks ago, Cheryl’s world was turned upside down. Her 2 year old Son Wade, was not himself and Cheryl took him to the hospital to be checked over. The tests showed that there was a brain mass and on the Sunday advised her to take Wade to Sick Kids Hospital right away. Monday May 23rd, after 5 hours of surgery they were able to get
95% of the tumor.  Cheryl was with Wade for almost 2 weeks while many tests where completed on him and
finally they allowed him to come home on June 1st.

Cheryl will now be off work for approximately 6 months while Wade continues to get better with her tender loving care and rehabilitation at Kids Ability here in Kitchener.

Wade is doing really well and we are all so thankful for this. Cheryl will now only be able to collect 55% of her income while she is off on leave.

We decided to set up a Go Fund Me account to help raise money to offset the money Cheryl will be short for the next six months. Cheryl had a hard time with letting us set up this account at first, but then she realized
she would do the same for others in the same position.
