(ENGLISH) Hello my name is Nico I am 8 years old and this is my story. On May 1, 2019 when I was only 6 and a half years old, my parents took me to the doctor because I started having problems with my hand and my right foot, I slept a lot and got tired very easily. On May 6, they tell my parents that I have a brain tumor called craniopharyngioma and that they have to operate urgently since I was on the verge of hydrocephalus. On May 12th it was my first surgery where they only removed a part of the tumor and they placed a reservoir to be able to drain later and make everything easier. They told me that I would be undergoing a review every 3 months, from that moment my tumors do not stop growing and I have had 2 craniotomy surgeries and 2 stereotaxies plus radiotherapy. My doctor's new diagnosis due to the growth and consistency of my tumors diagnosed it as Adamantinomatous Recurrent Childhood Craniopharyngioma. Which means that my tumors keep growing too fast and cause me many symptoms such as headaches, vomiting, loss of sight (which is irreversible damage and I already have loss of peripheral vision in both eyes) and paralysis of the eyes. all my right side of my body, this tumor also left me as a sequel to diabetes insipidus and I take treatment to control it. These surgeries and treatments have been too expensive and really exhausting for me even though my parents have always been with me at all times. My doctor told me that I need to start with a chemotherapy treatment with Radioactive Phosphorus, which is expensive since there is no such option for me in Mexico, so I need your help to be able to get my treatment and be able to fight this disease. (ESPAÑOL) Hola mi nombre es Nico tengo 8 años y esta es mi historia. El 1 de Mayo del 2019 cuando solo tenia 6 años y medio mis papas me llevaron con el doctor por que empece a tener problemas con mi mano y mi pie derecho, dormia mucho y me cansaba con mucha facilidad. El 6 de mayo les dicen a mis papas que tengo un tumor cerebral llamado craneofaringioma y que me tienen que operar de urgencia ya que estaba a punto de la hidrocefalia. El dia 12 de Mayo fue mi primera cirugía donde solo quitaron una parte del tumor y me colocaron un reservorio para poder drenar despues y que todo fuera mas facil. Me dijeron que iba a estar en revision cada 3 meses, desde ese momento mis tumores no dejan de crecer ya llevo 2 cirugias de craneotomia y 2 estereotaxias mas la radioterapia. El diagnostico nuevo de mi doctor debido al crecimiento y la consistencia de mis tumores lo diagnostico como Craneofaringioma Infantil Recidivante Adamantinomatoso. Lo que quiere decir que mis tumores siguen creciendo de una manera demasiado rapida y me causan muchos sintomas como dolores de cabeza, vomitos, perdida de la vista (que es un daño irreversible y ya tengo perdida de vision periferica en ambos ojos) y paralisis de todo mi lado derecho de mi cuerpo, este tumor tambien me dejo como secuela diabetes insipida y tomo tratamiento para poder controlarla. Estas cirugias y tratamientos han sido demasiado costosos y realmente agotadores para mi aunque mis papas siempre han estado conmigo en todo momento. Mi doctor me dijo que necesito empezar con un tratamiento de quimioterapia con Fosforo Radioactivo el cual es costoso ya que no hay en Mexico esta opcion para mi, por eso necesito de tu ayuda para poder llegar a tener mi tratamiento y poder combatir esta enfermedad.
