Help Marcel get FTM Chest Reconstruction Surgery

Hello kind people, My name is Marcel and I am 20 years old. I identify as a transgender man and have been diagnosed with Gender Dysphoria and have been taking gender hormones (testosterone) since September 2019. I am raising this money to help fund the newest chapter of my medical transition: FTM Chest Reconstruction Surgery (top surgery). This surgery involves the removal of the female breast tissue and skin, the reconstruction of the pectoral muscles and surrounding tissue to ultimately create the appearance of a masculine chest. For the past two years, I have used a binder (a tight tank top like piece of clothing) to flatten my chest. However, I can not continue to continuously wear a binder because it affects my posture and can cause me pain if worn for too long. After putting off top surgery for months, I have finally decided to start this process. I have researched multiple surgeons in the MA area and have found a fantastic and qualified surgeon that could perform my surgery. I truly have my heart set on having this surgeon perform my chest surgery because I trust the reviews that I have read and am satisfied with the photo results of her past patients. When I called the surgeons office, her staff were truly wonderful and I feel that I would be very happy in their care. I have decided to pay out of pocket for this surgery because my insurance is not accepted by the surgeon above. I am a full-time university student (sophomore) and a part-time employee at McDonalds. Annually, I average less than $7000, so this surgery is not a realistic possibility for me in the near future without assistance from the money raised from this gofundme (as my first priority is paying bills/university tuition).
