Judy Schaff (Roy) has been a staple of the Irondequoit community, and has touched many lives. Judy grew up in Brighton, New York with her mom Beverly Slivick, step-dad Michael Slivick, who tragically passed away in 2018, and her sister Chrissy Suskevich (Curt Suskevich). Judy has worked at Rookies in Irondequoit for many years, and you could always see her there during the day smiling behind the bar.

Suddenly and tragically, on Saturday January 9th, Judy passed away. Her mom Beverly, who resides in Cape Coral Florida, and has not been able to see her daughter since COVID started, recieved a call notifying her of Judy's passing. Judy was only 43 years old and a very healthy person. Her tragic passing has left many unanswered questions , and her family is unable to afford a funeral for her. At this time it is unknown if Judy had paid for a life insurance policy.

Judy's family is struggling to figure out how to pay for funeral expenses. Her mom Beverly has been disabled for many years and has had to undergo many life altering surgeries, which have left her unable to work. These funds will be going to costs to get her family up here to her, for her funeral expenses, burial plot (as she did not have one), and allow her family to say their final goodbyes to her.
