Help bring Chief home

Help bring Chief home. I got Chief about a year ago for my depression, I felt as if I needed a reason to live. So I went on a mission and drove across the country to get this little man, he is absolutely everything to me. Although 3 months ago he stopped eating, we went to the vet and he had a few injections and started eating again. Yet 1 month after that he stopped eating again, Stopped drinking water, and could hardly walk. I rushed him to the vet on Friday the 28th of May, he had to go through an emergency surgery, then two days later the vets found another problem, and he had to go through another emergency surgery. His intestines had actually grew inside eachother and created a blockage, this happens to German shepherds but Chiefs case was life threatening. The total vet bills raked up to be almost $8000 and they gave me a discount for $3000 as I lost my job the week of his first surgery. The total bill for him is $4500, this vet will not let me do a payment plan and will not let me take him home until I pay it in full, my car is on the market, and I am trying to do everything I can to get him home. I love this dog more then life itself...
