Help me to get a double hand transplant

Hello, my name is Dorin. I'm 25 years old and I had an accident in June last year, it was a very traumatic accident which I was seriously injured and burned. I have a new chance in life, but with serious changes, when 60% of my body was severely burned in the worst grade and sadly my left hand needed be amputated and all the fingers and thumb from my right hand was amputated too. I've spent a very long time in hospital (5 weeks in coma and other 4 months recovering in Chelsea and westminster hospital) and I lost everything- job, struggling financially to pay bills and to get minimum things that a human needs.
