Rodney was working at pulse nightclub the night the shooting happened. He was shot 3 times, once in each arm and once in the back. It was said that he was stumbling out of the nightclub when a man who was hididng underneath a vehical saw him. The man (Josh McGill) grabbed rodney and set him on the ground, he took off his shirt and helped rodney cover up his bullet wounds. He then helped him get to a safe zone, where they both were taken to the hospital. The latest news is that rodney is awaiting surgery and is in stable condition.
Everyone who knows rodney can only say absolutely nothing but positive things about him and are asking how they can help. This page was set up from Co-workers who have asked how they can help rodney is anyway they can. Aside from medical expenses he will most likely be out of work for a little while. We all know that he is an amazing Father and would do anything for his family. We have set up this page so that anyone who would like to contribute anything can do so and that he will have the support he needs to help him when he returns home.
Please keep Rodney and his family in your prayers and we all will do our best to continue to update everyone of his progress as often as possible.
I'm sure I speak for his family when I say Thank you for the kind words, prayers and thought during this very difficult time.
Thank you.
