Jia brain cancer fighting journey

Please join me and the All Star Tae Kwon Do family to raise money for a very special girl named Jia. Below is Jia's story according to my friend Vivien, Jia's mom.
Jia was diagnosed with Optic Pathway Glioma, a type of brain tumor, one month following her 3rd birthday. After waking up from an induced coma, she lost movement on the right side of her body and we found out her left eye was now blind. She was not eating and she was not talking. She went through many therapies; it broke our hearts to watch her every time. Yet, Jia remains positive, never gives up and never cries out because her situation is too hard or too painful. Through perseverance and blessings, Jia was able to walk again.
As of today, Jia has had 3 brain surgeries, 2 port-line surgeries and 2 dental surgeries (because chemotherapy deteriorated her teeth). She's now 5 and still fighting strong.
However, according to the doctors, this kind of brain tumor keeps coming back so this is a long term battle for Jia. She has another brain surgery scheduled for October 5, 2015 because her tumor has grown so big. The doctor's goal is to remove 60% of the tumor. As we could imagine, the financial cost and emotional endurance associated with Jia's medical condition are immense.
We humbly ask you to please join us in assisting Jia and her parents to help defray extensive medical costs and to mitigate the impact of life changes necessary, to support Jia through her journey to recovery. We also ask that anyone who cannot contribute financially, please keep Jia in your hearts, thoughts and prayers. We know that whatever is asked for in earnest prayers, will be received through faith in God.
