Yeah for surgery!

So, I got into a scuffle with a ladder and lost. Came out with a right shattered heel and a fractured fifth metatarsal in the left foot when it was over. I need surgery right away for the right foot or else I will not be able to continue doing the things I most enjoy in life. Some of you may not agree with my extra curricular activities; i.e. dirt biking and other extreme sports, however, it is not those I am completely worried about. It's the things I do that help many of you; i.e. sound engineering, mechanics, that I won't be able to do as well or at least not without significant pain.

The cost of the surgery is estimated around $15,000 and as self-employed, unlicensed contractor, I had no insurance. Yes, I'm a idiot for not having insurance, however, I do now but it does not go retroactive. So i have to pay for everything out of pocket. I have already started selling personal assets, however, it's not enough for medical bills, monthly expenses, etc. Many of you know I, personally, never ask for help but this is a dire situation.

I would like to raise $5000 to help with my bills and get me through till i can work again. I can setup payment plans with the hospital for the rest but there will be fees due up front for the surgeon. Anything will help and will be greatly appreciated.
